The grounds are open May 24 to May 26, from 10am to 10pm, except on Heroes Day. On Heroes Day (May 26) the grounds are open from 10am to 8pm, and the gates may close at 5pm. View full hours of operation here.
Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Visa Debit, and cash are accepted forms of payment when purchasing wristbands at the gate. All charges will be made in American (USD) funds. It is recommended and encouraged that you purchase wristbands online for security and safety of entree.

Debit and credit machines are not mandatory for KidZ FEST vendors. They use them at their own discretion and many vendors accept cash only. There maybe limited ATMs available throughout the grounds.
NO, you CANNOT leave. There are NO, Ins and Outs. So, please ensure you have all your valuables, money, etc. Prior to entering and/or leaving the venue. You may ask a customer Service Rep, Security Personnel for further assistance. In case of an emergency, a hand stamp, may be provided from our personnel, depending on a case to case basis and is NOT GUARANTEED.

Smoking is ONLY permitted in the SMOKE CHILD FREE FRIENDLY ZONES provided. They will be located in the grounds with the ZONING SIGNS of the area and within 10 metres away from ALL KidZ FEST areas. Please be considerate of other guests when smoking in designated area(s).
The KidZ FEST has off-site lots around the location and is offered on a first come first serve basis. The parking rates may vary to areas and locations of parking lots, and/or streets, depending on the day.
All online ticket purchases for KidZ FEST are of final sale. Once purchased in advanced pre sale tickets, wristbands are FIANL SALE. Any tickets, wristbands, purchased both at the event and online are of Final Sale. There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS whatsoever. This is a RAIN, or, SHINE permitted exclusive event.
